Beef Roast With Root Vegetables Recipe

A good Italian dish, which suites the taste of almost all the people

Ingredients
Boneless beef roast, trimmed of fat (5pound), all purpose flour (3tbsp), peeled and celery root (1), salt and ground black pepper (to taste), diced tomatoes (1can), chili powder (2tsp), garlic powder (1tsp),ground cumin (1tsp) and maple syrup (1/2c).

Method of preparation:-
beef-roast-with-root-vegetablesMake this dish in slow cooker. Take a slow cooker. Place chopped onions, celery root, sweet potatoes and parsnips on the bottom of slow cooker. Apply salt, pepper all over the beef and then apply flour over it. Place beef on the top of vegetables in slow cooker to roast it. Take a bowl, mix tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and maple syrup. Mix it well and pour it over the beef. Cover it and cook it on low heat for about 12 hours or on high heat for 8 hours. Take out the beef from the slow cooker and cut it into small pieces with fork and knife. Serve it with meal. Keep the left over beef in the refrigerator for another use.
