Beef Vegetable Minestrone Recipe

Ingredients of Recipe:
1. 2 slices bacon chopped
2. 1/2 pound lean ground beef
3. 2 cloves minced garlic
4. 1 stalk chopped celery
5. 2 chopped carrots
6. 1 chopped onion
7. 1 bay leaf
8. 1 teaspoon dried basil
9. 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
10. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
11. a 14.5 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
12. a 10.5 ounce can of beef broth
13. a 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans
14. 2 ounces spaghetti broken into pieces
Method of Preparation:
1. Cook ground beef and bacon in a pan. Make pieces of the beef and remove the excess oil. Add carrots, garlic, onion and celery.
2. Use basil, bay leaf, rosemary and red pepper flakes for seasoning. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir the tomatoes and the beef well.
3. Let it cook gently for 20 minutes and then add garbanzo beans and broken spaghetti. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Take off the bay leaf before serving it.
