Beef Vegetable Minestrone Recipe

Plenty of fresh vegetables make this recipe very healthy and delicious to eat.

Ingredients of Recipe:

2 slices bacon chopped, 1/2 pound lean ground beef, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 stalk chopped celery, 2 chopped carrots, 1 chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, a 14.5 ounce can of stewed tomatoes, a 10.5 ounce can of beef broth, a 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans and 2 ounces spaghetti broken into pieces.

Method of Preparation:

Cook ground beef and bacon in a pan. Make pieces of the beef and remove the excess oil. Add carrots, garlic, onion and celery. Use basil, bay leaf, rosemary and red pepper flakes for seasoning. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir the tomatoes and the beef well. Let it cook gently for 20 minutes and then add garbanzo beans and broken spaghetti. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Take off the bay leaf before serving it.
