An easy to make recipe for the whole family.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
3 pounds of beef chuck roast, 3 packets, an ounce each, of dry Italian salad dressing mix, 1 cup water, a 16 ounce jar of pepperoncini peppers, 8 hamburger buns.
Method of preparation:
Season the roast with Italian salad dressing and put the the roast in a slow cooker. Add water, cover it and let it cook for 6 to 7 hours. In the last hour of cooking, cut the meat into small piece using fork. If it does not shred easily, let it cook for some more time. Add peppers and juice for the additional flavor. Serve alongside buns.
