Cornmeal Chile Pepper Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (2c), cornmeal (1/2c), black pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), eggs (2), baking powder (2 1/2tsp), drained and diced Chile pepper (1can), butter (1/4c), shredded cheddar cheese (1c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a mixer. Beat butter and cheese in it for 30 seconds at high speed. Add baking powder, salt and Chile pepper in it. Now add flour, egg and cornmeal and then mix it well to make dough. Divide dough in half. Shape each half of dough into9 inches loaf. Take a greased baking sheet and place loaves of dough on it about 5 inches apart. Flat these loaves with fingers about 3 inches wide. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F or until it gets light brown. Cool it for 1 hour. Now place the loaves on cutting board and cut into diagonal shape ½ inch slices. Place these slices with cut side down on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the side and again bake for 15 minutes. Take off from oven and place on wire rack to cool and then store in air tight container.
Make 25 to 30 biscotti.
