Marietta’s White Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti Recipe

These are very delicious. I will make these with chocolate chips.

Ingredients
All purpose flour (4c), baking powder (3tsp), sugar (1 1/2c), butter (1c), eggs (4), chopped macadamia nuts (1 1/3c), salt (1/2tsp), white chocolate chips (1 1/3c), and amaretto liqueur (1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
mariettae28099s-white-chocolate-macadamia-biscottiFirst heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Take a baking sheet. Grease it or lined it with parchment paper. Take a large bowl. Mix butter and sugar in it until it gets fluffy. Beat egg vanilla and amaretto in it. Take another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt in it. Add flour mixture into the butter mixture and then add nuts and chocolate chips in it. Make the dough of the mixture. Now divide the dough in 4 equal parts. Place one part of dough on baking sheet and make logs of it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 25 minutes or until it gets lightly brown. Take the sheet off from the oven and cool it and then cut the logs into diagonal slices about ½ inches. Place these slices in baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or until gets golden brown. Cool them and store in air tight container
Make about 56 biscotti.
