Dill Casserole Bread Recipe

This bread is easy and quick to make in a round casserole.

Ingredients
All purpose flour (2 ΒΌ to 2 3/4c),baking soda (1/2tsp), warm water (1/4c), active dry yeast (1pkg), creamed cottage cheese (1c), finely minced onion (1 tbsp), melted butter (1tbsp), warm water (1/4c), sugar (2tbsp), finely minced onion (1tbsp), dill seeds (2tsp), egg (1)and butter.

Method of preparation:-

dill-casserole-breadTake a bowl of warm water and put yeast in it and then keep it aside. Lightly heat cottage cheese in a sauce pan. Take a large bowl, mix cheese, minced onion, dill seeds, soda, egg, salt, melted butter, sugar in it. Then mix the dissolved yeast mixture in it. Add flour in it and beat it well to make stiff dough. Cover it with clean cloth and keep it in warm place for about 1 hour to rise in size or doubled in bulk. Take a round casserole and grease it. Place this dough with spoon in it and again keep it in warm place for about 30 minutes until it gets doubled in bulk. Bake it in oven at 350 degrees F. for about 30 minutes or until it gets brown. Brush the top of the casserole bread with butter while it is hot.
