Honey Molasses Wheat Bread Recipe

This bread is easy to make and it has interesting texture.

Ingredients
Honey (1/4c), active dry yeast (2pkg), whole bran cereal (1/2c), whole wheat flour (2c), all purpose flour (3 1/2c), cooking oats (1/2c), beaten eggs (2), vegetable oil (2tbsp), warm water (1 3/4c), molasses (1/4c), non fat dry milk powder (2/3c), salt (2tsp)and wheat germ (1/2c).

Method of preparation:-
honey-molasses-wheat-breadTake warm water in a bowl. Mix honey, molasses and yeast in it. Cover it and keep it for 10 minutes until it gets foamy. Mix salt, milk powder, beaten eggs and oil in it. Blend cereal, wheat germ and oats in it. Beat 1 cup of all purpose flour and whole wheat flour in it. Then make stiff dough of this mixture. Now place this dough on floured surface and then knead it for about 8 minutes. Cover it and keep it to rise until double in size. Divide the dough in 2 halves and then shape it into 2 loaves. Place these loaves in 2 greased loaf pans. Cover it and again keep it to rise until double in size. Bake in an oven for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. After baking serve it warm or cool.
