Italian Bread Salad Recipe

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1. 1/8 cup chopped fresh thyme
2. 1/4 cup olive oil
3. 1 clove garlic
4. a 1 pound loaf of Italian bread
5. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
6. 1 cup seeded cucumber peeled and chopped
7. 1 cup chopped red onion
8. 1 clove minced garlic
9. 2 cups chopped fresh basil
10. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Method of Preparation:
1. Peel a clove of garlic and rub it around a salad bowl. Chop the bread into small pieces.
2. Combine the bread pieces, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, garlic, basil and thyme in the prepared bowl. Add olive oil and vinegar to lightly coat the salad. Toss and Serve.
