Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (2c), butter (1/2c), beaten eggs (2), salt (1/4tsp), baking soda (1tsp), mashed over ripe bananas (2 1/3c) and brown sugar (3/4c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a loaf pan and grease it. Take a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt in it. Take another bowl, mix cream, butter and brown sugar in it. Add eggs and mashed bananas in it and then blend it thoroughly. Now add this banana mixture into the flour mixture and mix it until gets moisten. Pour this batter into the loaf pan and place the pan in oven and then bake it for 60 to 65 minutes or until the knife inserted in the center of loaf comes out clean. Keep the loaves for sometime to cool in pan and then take out on the wire rack to cool.
