Very simple and a favourite among many.

Ingredients of the Recipe:

3/4 cup dry white wine, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 2 pounds boneless chicken breast halves – cut into strips, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup pimento stuffed green olives, ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Method of Preparation:

Use salt and pepper to do the seasoning of the chicken. Saute the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Add the sliced breast meat to the garlic and fry until it turns brown. Reduce the heat to low and add wine. Cover the pan and allow to cook gently for 35 minutes. Now add the olives and allow to cook gently for 10 more minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes for a minute before serving. Make sure they do not open up. They should be only be warm. Serve the recipe immediately.
