Zabaione Recipe

Ingredients
Dry Marsala wine (8tbsp), sugar (4tbsp) and egg yolks (4large).
Method of preparation:-
Take a medium size saucepan. Beat egg yolks with sugar by electric hand blender. Beat it until gets fluffy and light yellow. Beat it in medium high speed. Add Marsala wine in it without stopping in mix the batch. After mixing, immediately set the saucepan in other pan with simmering water or set it on the top of double boiler. Mix it continuously from when it starts until it is ready. While holding the saucepan in the water, beat the sauce for about 10 minutes. But the water does not have to boil. When the cream gets fluffy and doubled in volume then the zabaione is ready. Now serve it immediately with dry biscuits or fresh fruits.
