Linguini White Clam Sauce Recipe

This is very easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients
Linguini (1pound), chopped garlic (4cloves), olive oil (3/4c), cherrystone clams shelled and chopped with juices reserve (1and11/2dozen) and chopped parsley (2tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
linguini-white-clam-sauceTake a large sauce pan, place it over medium heat. Heat olive oil in it. Add garlic and cook it until it gets brown. Now add clams with their juices and boil it. After boiling reduce the heat to low and simmer it for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile take a pot of water. Boil water and then add linguini and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook it uncovered over high heat until gets soft. Now drain the pasta. Put it in a pot and then add some of the sauce to the pot and mix pasta with sauce well. Then place the pasta in serving dish and spread out the remaining sauce over to top. Garnish the pasta with parsley.
