Portobello Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients of Portobello Mushroom Pasta:
1. 16 ounces farfalle pasta
2. 3 minced cloves garlic
3. 1/2 pound chopped portabello mushrooms
4. 1diced red bell pepper
5. 1 zucchini cut into 1/2-inch slices
6. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
7. 2 tablespoons olive oil
8. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Method of Preparation:
1. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook farfalle pasta until the water gets drained. In a pan add oil. Then cook garlic, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and zucchini over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
2. Use red wine vinegar to stir. Toss the cooked pasta with mushroom mixture. Use Parmesan cheese for topping. Serve warm.
