Apricot Cheese Pastry Recipe

Flour (2 1/2c), unsalted butter (1c), vanilla (1tsp), cream cheese softened (8oz), salt (1/4tsp), sugar (1/2c), apricot jam, milk (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a cookie sheet, grease it with oil. Take a small bowl, add flour and mix salt in it. Take another bowl, beat cream sugar, butter, cream cheese and milk in it. Now add the flour mixture in it. Mix it well. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator to chill it. Then roll it into 1/8 inch thick and then cut the roll into small circles. In the center of each circle place 1teaspoon of jam and then cover it with another circle. Press the ends of the circle with your hand or fork. Place the rolled circles on the cookie sheets. Place the sheets in oven and bake them for about 10 to 12 minutes.
