Fried Banana Pastries Recipe

Ingredients
Bananas (4 to 5), olive oil (1/3 cup for frying), Empanadillas Valencianas (1 recipe), powdered sugar (for dusting).

Method of preparation:-
fried-banana-pastriesFirst chill the prepared dough in the refrigerator. Take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it on the floured surface about 1/8 inch. Take bananas, peel them and cut them lengthwise in slices about ¼ inch thick. Roll the banana slices in dough. Seal the edges by press them. Take a frying pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and then fry them in hot oil until get brown in color. When the pastries get fry then drain them and dust the powdered sugar on the top and then serve them. The banana filling gets melt to cream and the pastry gets flaky.
