Italian Mixed Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Rinsed canned garbanzo beans, patted dry (3/4c), coarsely chopped tomatoes (2), rinsed canned red kidney beans, patted dry (3/4 c), red vine vinaigrette, provolone cubed (6ounces), iceberg lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/4head), butter lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/2head), romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/2head), turkey sausage, casings removed (12ounces), olive oil (2tsp), salt and freshly ground pepper.
Method of preparation:-
Take a heavy medium size frying pan. Place it over the medium high heat. Heat the oil in it. Add sausage in the pan and cook it. Cook it until it gets brown and break down into bite size pieces. Cook it for about 5 to 8 minutes. Then place the sausage in a plate. Cool it at room temperature. Now take a large bowl, mix all the ingredients like lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and cooked sausage in this large bowl. Add vinaigrette and beans in it to coat all the ingredients. Coat all the ingredients properly and then season the salad with salt and freshly ground pepper according to taste. Take a serving bowl, place the salad in it. Garnish it and then serve it.
