Swordfish a la Siciliana Recipe

Raisins and olives leave their special aroma in this delicious dish.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
3 ounces raisins, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 minced onion, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/2 pound ripe tomatoes diced, 10 green olives pitted and minced, 2 ounces pine nuts, 1/4 cup capers, 2 pounds swordfish steaks and salt and pepper to taste.
Method of Preparation:
In lukewarm water, soak some raisins for 30 minutes. Drain the water and set the raisins aside. Heat up the oven to 400 degrees F. Heat olive oil over high heat in a pan. Fry the onion and garlic until they become tender. Add the raisins, tomatoes, olives, pine nuts and capers to the onion and garlic. Use a lid to cover the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and cook it for 15 minutes. Use salt and pepper for the seasoning purpose. Put in a baking dish that has been oiled lightly and cover it with the prepared sauce. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Take them out when the steaks get firm.
